About Terry Pacetti

Terry has been in the real estate business for over 50 years as a broker, developer, auctioneer, and innovator. Terry and other Realtors developed the current MLS prior to the implementation of copy machines, fax machines, cell phones, and personal computers. He is a past-President of the St. Augustine and St. Johns County Board of Realtors.

Terry the author: Terry wrote his autobiography “Where are You Now?” a story of the Pacetti family and its roots in history and as one of the pioneer families of St. Augustine area real estate. Terry and his family also developed the PDP System (pre-foreclosure, during foreclosure, post-foreclosure), the 10/10/10 Plan (how to buy 10 houses, pay for them in 10 years, and retire with $10,000 a month income), and Auctions of the Week (the most comprehensive training available for Realtors and property owners to sell real estate at auction).

Terry the family man: Terry is blessed with a wonderful wife of over 40 years, Joyce Jenkins-Pacetti, as well as four children:

• Chuck Pacetti, a past-president of St. Augustine and St. Johns County Board of Realtors and its Multiple Listing System. Chuck and his wife Trixie are co-owners of Sunshine Roofing.. They have two beautiful children, Crystal and Christian.

• Suzanne Pacetti-Busbee, real estate broker, has 25 years’ experience as a broker and was instrumental in developing our research capabilities, leading to purchase or sale of hundreds of properties. Suzanne is married to Jim Busbee and they have two beautiful children, Baylee and Jacob. Jim and Suzanne are co-owners with Chuck of Sunshine Roofing and own two mobile home parks.

• Cassandra (Cassie) Pacetti-Ursino attended local schools, graduated from St. Joseph Academy and University of North Florida with a degree in elementary education. Cassie is currently employed by a construction company. Cassie is married to Anthony Ursino and is the mother of two beautiful daughters, Roni and Andi.

• Cheyenne Pacetti-Tennyson, Realtor, is married to David Tennyson and owns several Subway restaurants. Cheyenne and David have two precious children, Avery and Hayden. Cheyenne is very active in the real estate business and has a street named after her.

Estelle Pacetti, Terry’s mother, served as Matriarch of the family and worked with Terry in real estate for 38 years. Mom was a terrific Realtor and will always be remembered for her dedicated hard work for her buyers and sellers. Thanks Mom for your leadership and love.

Ed Pacetti, Terry’s father, was the best dad ever and was instrumental in encouraging Terry, Roland, David, Barbara, and Jeneane, and Dede, to work hard, treat people fairly, and success will come. Thanks, Dad, for your love, compassion, and leadership.
